A regular Meditation session held at your office or online. This can be designed for any length of time.
Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation series (5, 8, 10 week programs available)
In this program I use hourly sessions to introduce the concept of Mindfulness and begin to develop a personal Meditation practice. Depth of sessions can be adjusted to suit everyone from purely self-contained sessions to setting of work to focus on at home each week, developing an at-home practice.
Personal Wellness, Self Care & Mindfulness and Meditation Package
In this program I work with employees individually for 30mins to an hour. We develop a wellness strategy to suit them personally and work with their individual needs. Booking can be made for full day, with employees schedule in a time that suits. Regular check-in follow-up sessions are advised.
Self Care Mindfulness and Meditation Series (5, 8, 10 week programs available)
This program introduces the concept of Mindfulness and introduces a Meditation practice but also has a self care focus.
One off Introduction to Meditation
A one off session run to introduce the concept of Mindfulness and experience a short Meditation.
